E000003-0000 how do I get beyond the error code E000003-0000

Overcurrent occurred on the PF Motor.
The printer causes this error and stops operation if an abnormal electric current beyond the prescribed range is detected at the PF Motor drive circuit on the BOARD ASSY.,MAIN while the PF Motor is rotating or when a current beyond the prescribed range is required to be supplied to the motor.

The draft inducer fan is failing or the sensor is bad or stuck.

Unfortunately, I've never seen this error, so I can't give you much help beyond what the code means and the possible solutions that the service manual provides...

SC820:
Self diagnostic error: CPU - Unexpected external error or interrupt occurred.
• Controller board defective
• Software defective

The manual indicates this is a "C" type code, so this should not be displayed on the OP panel, only logged in the SC history in the machine.

Sounds like it wasn't initialized, even though it says Er 4 instead of Er 0... According to my manual, to (re)initialize it and reset it to zero, tap the platform lightly. It should show zeroes running across the display for a second or two, then show all zeroes and turn off. It should be re-initialized...

Error Codes for the 5757 (according to my manual):

Er 0 Initialization error (remedy described above)

Er 1 Instability error (step off the scale, then back on)

Er 2 Overload warning (registering weight beyond the 440 pound max)

Er 3 Contact error (body impedance beyond technical limit - try dampening feet and try again for better contact)

Er 4 Bodyfat error (bodyfat percentage is beyond range - try dampening feet and try again for better contact)

Er 5 Bodywater error (bodywater percentage is beyond range - try dampening feet and try again for better contact)

Open ALL paper jam locations on the machine. The jam code only means the paper jam is somewhere BEYOND the paper drawer. Check ALL jam locations including duplexer, bypass, and ALL paper drawers.

980 error code is internal printer error. This is beyond users capability.
turn off the printer and check all cable connections.
turn on the printer, you need to call lexmark service, if the error return.

I have checked my service manuals AND the Canon website and cannot find the error code "E599". The closest "family" of error codes to this indicate a problem with the hole punch unit. However, it is not beyond the realm of possibilty that your machine is showing a code that was never meant to be seen (service engineering) or a firmware problem. Please double check (I'm sure you have ) again the error code AND....the suffix. For example.... E*****-XXX, the x 's further define the problem. Thanx and let me/us know.
