Question about Nortel T7316E 2-Line Corded Phone
We lost problem several times and ever since that are phone system has been messed up. Our lines are crossed. I press one extension and it takes me to another. Ex: my extension is 222 but to reach me now, they have to press extension 223. I am also having issues transferring calls to voicemail, it doesn't allow me too. We have also lost access to two of our lines.
SOURCE: Call Transfer
Depending on which type of phone you have;if you have one with a display you will see "Trans" on most Nortel phones with displays. It's only the M3902 which has a button either wriiten "Transfer" or dotted like a boomerang.
Hope this will help

You dont have the EXT of mailbox 222 assigned to ext 222. Go under F983 press mbox press chg press 222 press ok press next it was say EXT: see what ext is assigned to put in 222 press change enter 222.
If it tell you that 222 is already assigned you have to find the mail box it is assigned to. Usually involves checking every Mbox starting with 221
Hope this helps.
