Actuily i has given my mobile in service center on 13 October till today they have no solution & from startin when i purchise i have a problems with my mobile this thing i talk with call senter allso but they has not given me a purfect ans and i told them for replaisment of my mobile because when they youse to give me back my mobile on 2 or 3 day it will start problems now all so today is 09 jan so please do some thing other wise will make a cumplain in court that your compney was cheating with 4months so please help me my mobil is k790i

I am facing the same problem. Call 18001033566 its HTC hotline no. or call 01204089250. i have registered 5 complaints on their Website and visited service center 5 times till now. but still no fix. Still my handset is in service center. It is a big mistake of buying this phone. plz suggest ur frens n others to not to buy this phone. they wont provide you any fix for that.
Such problems occur when your message center number has been tampered with. Call your service provider to get the message center number go to message settings and check the message center in use input the correct center number and your problem is solved. Hope this solution has been helpful to you?
hi for a total handset replacement if u are in warranty period u can claim this with the purchase bill in any of the sony ericsson authorised showrooms.. and they will replace u with new handset... thank u rate me!!!
I have a purchased Sony Ericssion k810i in july Month, hardly 7days i have used the mobile properly, after july 22nd till today (29th Aug) its still in sony ericssion authorised service station itself there are not telling me the exact problem just they are replacing the Mother Boards till now they have replaced 4mother boards, after that they finally confirmed ME they cant repair they will replace it with NEW HAND SET but from past 15days its under the process only till now they have not given me any progress report saying whether i will get the new hand set (or) not (or) when i will be getting it. To change the mother boards i used to give in SERVICE POINT which is located in 4th block Jayanagar the Head person of this branch is MAHAVEER. He has Harassed me like any thing by making me round to his shop several times. Now the mobile is in main branch service station ACCEL FRONTLINE, which is located in Cunningham Road, Bangalore here i Requested Manjunath who knows the complete history of my mobile but he is also not helping me out in anyways, now to be frank i have lost hopes that at least i will get a Repaired mobile at least to me. From 2months I am without mobile I am facing lot of problem without mobile Because I am a sales representative .Pls Pls treat it has a high priority Request from a genuine sony customer keep your brand loyalty. once again My humble request to the team pls take some Action and help me out as soon as possible.pls understand my problem and take a serious action on this complaint.
