Question about Heating & Cooling
Hello, we have a Majestic fireplace that was already in our home we purchased new in 2000. This is not a product we have used a great deal over the years, mainly because of lighting issues we have had. We can light the pilot light, no problem. But when we turn the the switch on the wall to "ignite the logs", sometimes it takes anywhere from 5 to 8 hours to finally "come on", if at all. I am including the model and serial number, if this will help trouble shoot in any way. Model #NVC36RP. Serial # B32B00 99151564. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated as we would really enjoy having it work properly. Thank you very much. Bill Greene
