Question about Canon PIXMA MX700 All-In-One InkJet Printer
Faxes can be sent, but not received. We get an error message #0018 Busy/No Signal.
The FAX does not seem to get a connection to your phone line. Possible reasons could be a faulty cable, connector in the wrong socket on the printer (there are two: one for the phone line and one for your phone, which should be connected to the PIXMA and not to the wall socket) or a fault in another wall socket.
