After installing windows you have to install drivers for your motherbroard that comprises of drivers for chipset, video and sound. Please ask your supplier for that cd if you didn't get one.

Awrdacpi video and sound driver problem

After installing windows you have to install drivers for your motherboard's chipset, video and sound cards. These programs are there in the cd that you got with the computer. If that is not there, you can download them from the net. Please ask your supplier for details about chipset, and sound card.

Sound issues

The sounds(beeps) that you hear are coming from something else inside the computer, and not your main sound card. If your sound doesnt work, even with the correct drivers, then your sound card may be broken.
