u need to convert the movie to a proper format. i.e.3gp.
many free software converters are available on the internet.
and regarding anti virus, just scan your card by putting it into an card reader and scan it on your PC. this will be enough.
sony phones dont support mobile antiviruses, and neither they are prone to virus infections.
