Hi... each and every mobile phone comprises of a front end panel.. This front end panel can be removed with free hands but be carefula while handling them.. If u remove the front panel u can view the screen part alone.. Jus try to remove the screen with the help of some thin sheet or in free hands.. the screen will get dispatched... Then try fitting in ur new screen.. Thats it..

this also happened to me, the screen from the inside is either cracked or had blown out (stopped woking because of maybe over heat or some other bizzare reason, the only way to know for sure what happened is to obviously open the phone)
you have to buy a 60 to 70 dollar (US dollar) lg LCD screen, and tool kit to open the phone, take out the lcd, and put the new one it
if the old lcd is fine, then return the lcd that u bought and call warranty.
a new lg vu cost around 100 to 120
The problem is most likely the battery which you can purchase HERE ---If you know someone with the same phone, ask to try theres.
It's more of a personal choice of if you want to try purchasing a battery or upgrading your phone. You can then put your SIM card in the new phone and it's as simple as that. (phone must be for the same service provider as the old one)
I gessing that by tuck it in you are talking about the connector under the key broad. There is a small clip no the bottom side of the connector that has to be up when you put the new one in. This can be open with a small flat head scerw driver. Once that is opened I have found the easiest way to get the ribbon in is to lay down the screen where it is sapose to go. Then line up the ribbin with the connector then run your finger down the ribbon torward the connector. Do this till the ribbion lays flat, then push the clip on the connector down and put your phone back togther. I hope this helps you with fixing your phone, and if this is not what you are posting about please post more details and i will try to help you.
