How do you replace the fan on HP LaserJet 4P

Use the following troubleshooting steps to resolve this issue:

1. The print cartridge is almost empty. Shake the cartridge gently to redistribute the toner, or replace the print cartridge.
2. The print cartridge may be damaged. Replace the print cartridge.
3. The printer's internal mirror may be dirty. Lift the print cartridge access cover, remove the brush from the underside of the cover, and clean off the mirror using the brush.

Open the back cover and check out the fuser rollers

you have to refer to usb/ parallel converter manual, not printer manual

You need to replace your transfer roller. Might as well do a complete maintenance kit.(Rollers, Fuser and Transfer Roller)

A 50 Service error is a fuser error. Turn the printer off for 5 to 10 minutes, then turn it back on. If the error is still there, I think your going to need to make a service call you can try reseating the fuser, but be sure to let the fuser cool completely before touching it.

Did you forget to take the small piece of tape off of the cartridge? Also, make sure the cover is latched all the way (sometimes you have to give it a good "slam".
