Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Can't change my ym display image

Did you delete it from yahoo profile in program file? But that is not suppose to happen. Well click on displey image option on yahoo messy...click on browse and when the window for image will be appearing with list of image delete all the image (Delete Picture) showing there ....now click on browse and go to that folder where you kept the image you want to add as your displey image....and proceed...I think it will work fine....If that is also not works....check that you shared your displey image....Good Luck

Yahoo 9 wont let me display a picture or change nickname

just stay calm ...this was ( you probably already know ) a temporary issue from the yahoo tech crew...and it was from the changes that they made last month or so on the server ...if your problem its still actual ...just contact yahoo suport ..and let them know .....some I heard remain with this kinda problems after they messed up that server ...
anyway ..a solution is to make another account and import all your contacts...and thats all...sometimes they do not fix problems like this ....

Yahoo 9 wont let me display a picture or change nickname

Go to folder
C:\Program Files\Yahoo!\Messenger\Profiles\[your Yahoo ID]\My Icons

It's a list of display images saved by YM. Remember the filename of your desired image.

Open your registry (click Start, Run.., type REGEDIT).

Trace the path
HKEY/CURRENT_USER/Software/Yahoo/pager/profiles/[your Yahoo ID]/FriendIcons

The value of Path should reflect the filename of the current display image in your YM. Change it to reflect the filename of your desired image.

Close the registry.

Restart YM.
