Sounds like either the belt is loose or the belt/deck need to be lubed.
To tighten the belt, start by locating the two bolts that adjust the rear roller (one on each side of the unit in the back). Run the unit at about 3 mph. Tighten the bolts a 1/4 turn at a time. Make sure that what you do to one side, you MUST do to the other side or the belt will get off center. After you tighten it 1/4 turn, check the belt to see if it is still slipping. If it is then tighten the belt 1/4 turn again. Continue until the belt does not slip, but do not tighten the bolts more than 2 full turns.
I need to know what the brand and model is to be able to tell you how to lube the treadmill.

When does your heart work the hardest

Work is often defined as how much volume or weight is carried, for how far in a given period of time. Examples: Move 1000 Lbs 10 feet in 10 minutes, Now move it 20 feet in 10 min - you've done twice the work. Or, 2000 lbs 10 feet in 10 minutes = twice the work. 1000 lbs, 10 feet in 5 minutes = twice the work.

So, a good measure for a heart would be how much blood is pumped in a period of time. The amount of blood in each beat doesn't really change, this distance is always the same, so how often it happens is a pretty good indicator. Simplified, you could say that the heart does the most work when it beats the fastest. Run for 130 beats per minute is 4 times the work of say, sleeping at 30 beats in a minute. Anything that raises yur heart rate to the highest would be the most work.

Are you sure your tanks and filters are clean? Sometimes its takes minutes or much longer periods of time for the trash to finally clog the filter. Im not sure how but after a period of time the trash can fall back away from the filter and then it runs just fine until this happens again. I spent two months trying to figure this out on a car. Look at your filter and whats in it. Its worth a try. Coils sometimes can heat up.

No Hot Air

Check your coolant level. Service it if it is low. If it looks like it's at the proper level, check to make sure all air is bled out of the cooling system. There should be a bleeder fitting near the front of the engine, probably close to where the upper radiator hose connects. With the engine running, slowly open the bleeder to let air escape. When you see just coolant coming out, close it again. Do this every couple of minutes until no more air comes out.

Diagnosis needed for car repair

You problem seems to be an output speed sensor or some other type of sensor. As for the timing belt I would recomend replacing it before it does go bad.

When I drive my Mazda 626 (97) in high way, at about 110 KM/Hour speed. Sometime the tachometer will suddenly go up and come down (e.g. go up to 4000 RPM or 5000 RPM from normal say 3000 RPM in one or two...

Does your Mazda have a standard trans (clutch), or automatic.
If it's automatic, the tranny might be slipping, and if it's a standard shift the clutch may be slipping. Does the actual driving speed (not engine rpm's) seem to stay the same when this happens? If you are still traveling at the same speed even though the engine speeds up, it's your tranny or clutch. I don't think the timing belt and tensioner have anything to do with this. countrycurt0
