Question about Pantech C300 Cellular Phone
I got a pantech c300 a couple years ago, last year it randomly stopped getting service one day. it said that it i didn't have a signal. i took to the local AT&T store, where they transferred my information to a new sim card, and tried replacing the sim card, but that didnt fix the problem. since then, I have recieved two more replacement phones with the same problem. im no longer under warranty, but this is the real weird part of the problem. The phone works fine in my parents home town, jackson MS, but when im in my hometown, i get no service (Oxford,MS)
Might be that there are no towers on the correct frequency for the phone to work where you are. If for some reason there are no 850Hmz or 1900Mhz towers in the area the phone won't work.
