The batteries go underneath the blue stove. There are two small screws on the side just unscrew those and lift the burner up and there is the battery compartment. It takes 3 "C" batteries.

I bought my daughter the Fisher Price Laugh n' Learn baby grand piano. After about six months the blue keys do not work and the suns hands never moved, since we bought the item. I care more about the...

Hello, Bugsy243 -

First, did you replace the batteries in the Laugh & Learn Baby Grand Piano?

If you do not know how to do that, this is the link to the instructions (PDF document):
https://service.mattel.com/instruction_sheets/J9163pr-0920.pdf

You will need Adobe Reader software (free) for the PDF document. If you choose to save it after downloading, I suggest you save it to your Documents folder and give the file a name you can find later . . . something like: Fisher Price Baby Grand Piano. You can also print the instructions for easy reference.

The instructions for the toy state in the CARE section (page 2):
* This toy has no consumer serviceable parts. Do not take this toy apart.

Note: I do not find any other troubleshooting information (besides changing batteries) in the instructions.

Page 6 of the instructions provides the phone number for Fisher Price Consumer Relations:
800-432-5437
9 AM - 7 PM (Eastern Time), Monday - Friday
11 AM - 7 PM (Eastern Time), Saturday
Note: This is the telephone number for the USA. The bottom of Page 6 of the instructions gives numbers for other countries.

After changing the batteries, if the toy piano still does not operate properly, I suggest calling Fisher Price Consumer Relations to find out if there are tips for correcting the blue key and sun hands problems.

Note: If you find the toy piano still does not work properly and choose to purchase a replacement, please send the non-working toy to electronics recycling.

Best wishes.

I have a fisher price laugh and learn 2-1 kitchen. I've had it for several years and the batteries finally died and I don't remember where the batteries are kept to change them.

• Locate the battery compartment on the

back of the fridge.

• Loosen the screws in the battery

compartment door and remove the door.

• Remove the exhausted batteries and

throw them away.

• Insert three, new "AA" (LR6)
alkaline batteries.

Or you can get the manual on the link below half way down page.

Good Luck please rate 4 thumbs up and please leave a testimonial
