Typing in ms.word shows black spot with text - Computers & Internet

Go to a text software like MS Word begin to type a text.
keep ALT button down type 133 on the num pad
you should see "?" without the quotes

To parse a Text field that contains two words separated by a comma, follow these steps:

1. Open any existing database.
2. Create a table with the following structure: Table: Parse2Words
   ------------------
   Field Name: Empl
   Data Type: Text
   
3. View the Parse2Words table in Datasheet view and type the following three records in the Empl field: Smith, John
   Callahan, Laura
   Fuller, Andrew
4. Create the following query based on the Parse2Words table: Query: QueryTest
   ------------------------------------------------------------------
   Field: FirstName: Right$([Empl],Len([Empl])- InStr(1,[Empl],",")-1)
   Show: True
   Field: LastName: Left$([Empl],InStr(1,[Empl],",")-1)
   Show: True
   
   NOTE: You can modify the QueryTest query to account for spaces between the two parts in the Empl field. For example, if the text in the Empl field is "Smith,John" without spaces, remove the -1 from the FirstName field expression.
5. Run the query. Note that the QueryTest query separates the text in the Empl field into the two fields below: FirstName LastName

   John Smith
   Laura Callahan
   Andrew Fuller
   

Do you hear the type hitting the paper? Is the ribbon installed properly and in good working order (a carbon film ribbon is all black, or a cloth one has ink in it)?

1. Office Button --> Print --> Page Setup --> Memo Type
2. Print layout shows wrapped text, that's disabled in MS Outlook 2007, you can customize quick accrss bat fot it:-

You cannot open a PDF file directly in MS Word. You must first convert the PDF file into a Word file.
Of course, you can also open the PDF file in Adobe Acrobat or Acrobat Reader and then copy and paste text from it into Word.
If you have Adobe Acrobat, though (not just the free Acrobat Reader), you can open the PDF file with that program and then save that same file as a text, rtf or a Word document file (go to File, Save as, and then choose the type of file to save as), you can then open and edit in MS Word.

Make sure you black is in the lower palette box as shown. When it's reversed with white below the black, as you type the text will show in black, but not within the actual text are. Take a look at this image to see what i'm talking about.

Open ms word 2007 then go to tools -> autocorrect
then disable check box for which you not want autocorrect.

Why not use Word Automation? You instantiate an object with a reference to Application.Word, load your document, then use the built in functions to extract the text from the document and paste it into the MSP document.

Make sure the drums are properly seated in their cradels, and if posible, avoid designing with white small text in heavy solid areas that are made up of process colours. For reverse type in a black background, use spot color black rather than rich black. Other than than printing on a not as heavy card, that is about all you can do.
