Question about Samsung Digimax S730 Digital Camera
I left my camera in my car that is parked in my garage. Yesterday, it was working fine, but when I went down to get it today, it's barely working. It will turn on and show my startup photo but then turn back off. It's not the batteries because I've replaced them. Is the cold the issue? And if so, is there anything I can do to fix it?
Take the camera inside and let it warm up to room temperature. Get another set of brand new batteries. But first take out the batteries and let it sit for an hour. Without any power it can reset itself. The mini cpu inside is thinking its too cold and won't let it come on. After the one hour of sitting, put the new batteries in it and try to power it up. Cold weather can kill a brand new set of batteries in a matter of minutes. You should try not using your camera when its below freezing.
