Palm model
OS version
Desktop version
Windows Version
Changes since last sync [IE: OS upgrade]

In the mean time try making very sure of the connection to the palm. The palm connector is famous for having a bad connection. Cleaning with an eraser or q-tip lightly dowsed in denatured alcohol may help.
