Mi nombre es Jose, es un placer intentar ayudarle para ello le recomiendo que limpies los conectores y mires bien cual es el cartucho que tiene problemas, de todas maneras puedes mirar este post.

uninstall the printer & reinstall the proper drivers according to your OS from the net

Hello there Bob,

The computer must have stored the print job to the queue and hanged. To totally cancel the print job, you can turn off the computer and the printer; make sure you have unplug the power cord of the printer from the power source. Wait for 5 minutes and plug everything back and restart the computer and the printer. This should give you a clean start again.

A printer does not connect to a hard drive.

Is the connector on the PC a Male (Parallel) or Female "D" (Serial) shaped connector?

Does the PC have a flat USB connector you can use?

If it does, then you should be able to purchase a cable that has an "End Point Connector" The "U" shaped block and the other end is the flat conector that is oon just about everthing.
