Had the same problem and almost took my machine apart. The very simple solution was in the end: the steam wand was blocked. I unscrewed it, poked through it with a long needle, screwed it back on and everything was fine.

My keurig b60 says prime

This can go out by draw out some hot water. However if this happens very often then you need to perform a descale. The brewer should be descaled at least every 3-6 months. Scale is harmless, but if left unattended, it can hinder optimal brewer performance. Descaling your brewer regularly helps maintain the heating element, removable water reservoir and other parts of the brewer that come in contact with water. Better water quality and water heating means a better cup of coffee, tea, hot cocoa or iced beverage. We recommend descaling your brewer at least every 6 months (every 3 months if your water has a high mineral content). The descaling process involves using 48 ounces of undiluted white vinegar. Needs descaling, I don't have the manual, what is the procedure??

Hi Auto descale: To automatically descale your machine, press the scoop or menu button and hold it down until you enter the menu. Use the arrows on the to scroll up until you come to "Descale". Press enter and the machine will enter the mode to descale your machine. The process takes about 45 minutes. You don't have to do a thing except mix a full water tank with descaling solution and have a container under the steam wand when your start. If you have a cappuccinonatori on your machine you will need two containers. To start the descaling process simply turn the steam knob. When the process is over your machine will say "Descale finished". Remove your water tank and rinse it out. Refill it with fresh water. Replace on the machine and close the open the steam knob again. Let it quit on its own. Refill tank again and prime the machine and your ready. Exit "Descale mode and scroll down to "Reset descale", press the enter button and chose "Yes", then exit and your ready for the next time.

How do you descale

Hi
The first thing you need to do is go to your menu. Scroll down to water hardness and push the enter button. Use your up arrow and move the number to 4 if it is not already there. Push the enter button. Once it is on 4, then scroll up to "Descale machine" and push enter. Have your solution (NOT VINEGAR) Citric Acid dissolved in solution and put into water tank. Now open the knob for steam and let the machine do its thing. When it is all done it will say "Finished descaling". Rinse out the water tank and put in fresh water. Close the knob and then reopen it again. When it finished rinsing scroll down to "Reset Descale" Push enter and choose "Yes" with the arrow and push enter. This will bring up a message when it needs to be descaled again. You can also see how many coffee's you have made. It's just above the Descale Machine in your menu. Descale more often than Not Enough will keep your machine working well into the future.

I have a Gaggia Titanium, I did descaling, had difficulty during the process. It shows ventilate. I have tried priming, but it doesn't pump water through the nozzle

Hi.

Disconnect and re-apply power (unplug power cord). After that try doing rinse and descale procedure as from manual. You may need to keep adding water while performing the procedure.

See also: the ventilate error.

Problems Descaling

Hi You have finished the first part of the descale process if that machine is like all the others. Rinse out your water tank and put fresh water in it. Then put it back on the machine and close then open the knob for steam and let it run the whole tank out. When it is finished the descale light will disappear and your green light will blink and the water light will be steady. Refill the water tank and close and then open the steam knob to prime so the water light will go out.

That message indicates that water lines may be dirty. How long ago or how often had you descales your machine? If you have not routinely descaled then the water lines have to be cleaned ( by opening the machine) manually and/or replaced. Another possibility if you have been descaling it regularly, is that a water line may have small crack. And yet another possibility is that the pump may be going bad and/or the flow meter is clogged ( needs cleaning and/.or replacement). Best suggestion at this time is to have an Authorized SAECO Service Center check your machine. Saeco Incanto -- no coffee coming out

After I posted this I decided to descale the machine again, even though I'd just done it a couple of weeks ago. After descaling and rinsing I tried running water through the brew group by pressing the pre-ground button, then holding down the big cup button. Still no water, but then I turned the little knob on the coffee dispenser counterclockwise, about half a turn. It worked! I rinsed it well, then made a cup of delicious espresso.
