Question about HP OfficeJet G85 All-In-One InkJet Printer
On attempting to install Officejet G85 to my Windows XP Home system, I get the error msg. "Cannot start application. Java Virtual Machine cannot be loaded. Class not registered." I have updated Java,
but still get the same ms. The printer functions fine but I cannot get
the software loaded to control it from the computer screen.
Disconnect the printer or at least be sure it is turned off. I'd do both and reinstall the CD software program that came withthe printer. When the software program asks you to connect theprinter to the USB port, do so and it should again work properly.
Hope this helps. Bud
