Question about Dual Electronics N99i Cellular Phone

1 Answer

Other people can't hear me during a phone call.

I can hear other people just fine during the phone call but, they say I am very quiet and garbeled sounding. Is this technical or can I fix it with the settings? All other sound on the phone is just fine.

You may have used the voice simulation feature. To check this, go to Settings, General call setting, then scroll down to Voice changes, select voice mode and make sure its set to normal

I can hear others...they can't hear me

Check that you haven't got "Mute" enabled during the call. If it isn't on, you could possibly have a problem with the phone's microphone. If so, log a call to Apple to get it fixed.

My phone rings to quiet to hear

Hi, what makes the ringing of the phone to be quite to hear is because the ringer that makes you hear when the phone rings is getting weak and it needs to be replaced.

When you replace the ringer the phone will ring better again.

Take care.

No Sound during phone call

The sound might be MUTED... check it in the option during the call (you can only check it during the call) if so unmute it ... this solves your problem...

If still problem persists then try giving restore factory settings... this will surely solve the problem ..
