When i updat bios the bios sating are not save

Press F10 and make sure to save changes and exit. Do not select exit without saving changes. If this does not work, you might have to replace the CMOS battery. If the CMOS battery is below 3V, it is bad and will not save any changes. It will always boot to the default/factory settings.

How can i reset the cmos in my ms200 all in one computer?? it shows that my hasrd drive is not working, and it is really working in other computer

To reset the CMOS the easiest way is, remove the motherboard battery for ten minute then install it again. It will clear the CMOS. Then reset the CMOS/BIOS setup, date/ time etc. Another way to clear CMOS is, reset the CMOS Jumper in motherboard.

To detect your hard drive you can try to check by change the hard drive cables. Change the port in motherboard. Check the BIOS setup and reset it if need.

What are the implications of changing the cmos battery without saving the cmos data? what will happen when i restart with the new battery? can I download a set of default cmos data?

your computer should have a default setting for your cmos you will need to go into the setup screen of computer using a f10 or f-12 button usually at startup. when you boot your computer it should tell you what f buttoin to hit. once in the setup go to cmos default and click it then you should have to answer yes and then save and exit.

I have hp workstation xw4100 changed battery then the system. system not booting

If as I suspect you changed the CMOS battery, then you will have to set up the system BIOS again to the "Default" configuration. You will have to initialize the Hard Drive, DVD, RAM, Boot Up sequence, all again. Do this and all should be OK. You access the CMOS usually by pressing DEL, or F10, at boot time. Check your manual for exact key.
