On mp4 players like that (i assume its an mp4 player) they usually have hidden files on them to make everything run smoothly. Try searching up your type of mp4 player. you can get the style by connecting your mp4 player to your computer then bygoing on My Computer, then right clicking on your mp4 player disk, select properties, go over to the hardware tab, then select your mp4 disk again and click properties agian you should get all the information you need.

to check if you have any hidden folders, open your mp4 disk from my computer, then go to tools (located on top of the page) go down to folder option, and clear the box where it says hide hidden files.

Hi,
a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US.
click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

My mp3 player is not recognize by the computer again. the computer show that this is a unknow usb port. this problem has come since one day i putted the mp3 on the computer and the computer began to...

Your English is OK Jessyka and at least as good as some UK natives.

If you successfully use your usb port for something else and become convinced the port and the connecting wire is working ok then the problem must be with your Mp3 player.

If your Mp3 player is charged and switched on, when it is connected to the usb it should appear in the My Computer section.

If the Mp3 player appears in My Computer you should be able to open the contents and add or remove music files and you should be able to right-click and view the properties.

If it does not appear in My Computer I suggest you try it with another computer and if there is no success you should assume it is faulty and requires repair.
The device might not be electrically faulty but might have been rendered useless by an internal software problem.

A few people have thought removing a lot of files from their Mp3 player was too much work and decided to empty the device by using the right-click formatting option - which is too successful and renders the device useless as it also removes the operating software from the device.

Goodmorning, I'll try to explain the problem: when I listen to the files (MIDI and MP3) directly with Cakewalk sd-50 using the USB Key the playback is correct. When I listen to the files playing them...

You have to make sure that the clockspeed of the program that you use to play the files back with matches the clockspeed of the program that created them. I might be wrong about that. Here is a good resource:http://forum.recordingreview.com/f18/midi-troubleshooting-101-a-5208/ You will have to join to access but its free and the Killer Home Recording setting up is also free from the site and is full of good info.

Unable to see Albums in my music library

When you open Windows Media Player, as long as the computer recognizes your Mp3 player, you should see an icon of the Mp3 player on the lower left hand side of the "Library" tab - click once on the plus sign next to this icon to expand a list of folders - "Songs" and "Albums" should be among the options.
