I just got the Pensketch 9 x 12.
My computer is the MacBook Pro.
The program that crashes is Flash MX.
I have just got this tablet. I placed the CD into my Mac and i downloaded it. when i use the stylus the light doesn't light up but the stylus works.. And i have changed the battery within the stylus and the light continues to not show up. (I dont know if the light has anything to do with anything)
However when i open up my flash program, using the mouse that came with the pad, the program works fine... BUT as soon as i start to use the stylus, the program crashes. What should i do?

Your hard drive may have crashed or it's settings have changed so it is no longer recognized as a startup (boot) drive. Try starting from your original operating system CD. (or borrow one). Press the C button at power up to force your computer to start from the CD.
Once started, don't install the operating system. Go to the pull down menu's and select Disk Utility. If Disk Utility sees your hard drive, select it and run the repair disk program. If it doesn't see it, your hard drive has likely crashed. You will have to replace it, install a new copy of the operating system, and likely have lost all your data and documents. This is where I would start.
For sure there is a malware or a corrupt file or virus that has crept into the OS and makes the program crash at every instance. The possible solution that comes to my mind is to format the drive and reload once again so that the system will be free from any faulty registry files. Also it will be best to contactmacbooks who sold this product as it must be confirmed before you attempt to reload. Take consensus in this case to confirm the problem specially if the PC is under warranty.
Hi, if the Macbook can't read the Mini discs, you can copy the contents of the Mini Disc to any USB Flash Drive by inserting the Mini Disc in any Desktop Computer's CD/DVD Drive. After copying the Mini disc contents to USB Flash Drive you can install in the Macbook pro.

Restart your mac. As it's restarting/booting up, hold down the command, option, R and P keys simultaneously. As it's booting up and you're holding these keys, you should hear the startup chime, continue to hold the keys down, it will cycle and you'll hear the startup chimes again. Let it go thru this cycle 7 (seven) times before you let up on those keys. Once it's cycled 7 times, let it boot up normally.
If that doesn't work, then reinstall the original system software that came with the Macbook. You may have to reformat the hard disk and do a clean install.
Here is the link to download the Adobe Flash Player for your Mac. You'll need Mac OS X 10.4 or later. Also recommended is a program call "Perian" this will greatly improve your Mac's media playing abilities.
