1991 Isuzu 4X4 Pickup 3.1 V6 won't warm start plus shudder in low

2 problems really... 1. won't start when warm or very humid. sometimes stalls when idling and same thing - won't restart. 2. when releasing clutch, as it gains speed, in 1st and 2nd the truck shudders, but don't think it is the clutch. with clutch completely disengaged in 1st and then applying gas it shudders, unless i go really easy. it also shudders when decelerating in 1st with clutch disengaged. will NOT climb steep hill slowly without major shuddering, except in low 4x4. 267,000 (yes) miles on engine, replaced plugs, wires, dist cap, rotor, coil, and used injector cleaner which all helped, but only temporarily. runs great when it runs, except misfiring every once in a while while "lugging" (unintentional)

Your flywheel sound like it has hot spots on it, making the clutch chatter. You might need to pull the flywheel off and get it re-surface. This is like turning your rotor, or brake drum. If you pull the flywheel, you will see discolor spots on your flywheel. This is called hot spots, and will make the clutch slip.

On the other problem, have you changed to fuel filter and fuel pump. It almost sound like your running out of fuel????
