Question about HP OfficeJet 7310 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I have a HP OfficeJet Pro L7650 All-in-One printer and I can not get the scanner to scan documents to my computer. I can currently print to it wirelessly.
When I press the scan button on the printer it says "refer to device documentation for troubleshooting". Are there some set up steps I need to take before using the scanner with my computer? Other people in the office who have used it before are also having trouble with it

This is a common complaint.. Are you running Vista, by any chance? The all in one solution software you used in XP doesn't work fully with Vista.
But you can still scan and copy by using Windows Photo Gallery.
1. Click on files tab at the top in Window Photo Gallery.
2. Click on import from camera or scanner.
3. Highlight your scanner icon (ie HP Pro L7650) then click import.
4. New scan window will popup, now you can preview or scan using this basic looking Vista utility.
Hope that helps.
