I have had my dvd player for three months and one day it just would not turn on and had no power. This was really frustrating since unplugging and replugging didn't help and it was practically brand new.

The fuse is usually blown when this happens. If you know how to find the fuse and replace it this should give you power on again. If this doesn't help then you may have had power surge and just blew the mother board. If this is the case then you may just need to get a new one for they are really priced low now.

The screen is constantly white from the time I turn it on. I have audio but no visuals. The player is brand new; I have not even used it yet.

I have run into the situation when I took a brand new player apart and not all the cables were plugged in the board. Since yours is brand new it needs to go back to the store for exchange, if you take it apart the warranty will be void.

Wont turn off

Acually there is a setting by which you can activate " Auto Power Off" in your DVD player. You can make that setting and it will be automatically off after DVD finishes.

My trutech tt320 dvd player isn't responding to anything. the blue light indicates that it is on, however, the tv recieves no signal from the dvd player. is there anything i can do to fix this, or is it...

I had the same problem. I took it apart and found a blown capacitor on the power board. It was a 10v 1000Uf high temp. capacitor. I replaced it with a new one and the dvd player worked fine. The capacitor can be ordered for a couple bucks and replace easily if you know how to solder.

Connecting to tv with directtv

The usual way to connect a dvd is via the scart socket as dvd players seldom have an rf output (aerial type output) if you tv does not have a scart there may be phono plugs usually marked red, white, yellow the yellow is video(picture) the other two red/white are audio left and right.

Tru tech tt320 dvd player

When I install a disc my monitor indicates "loading" for a few minutes then "no disc" for several before the floating "dvd" appears. Meanwhile, on the remote, except for the "off/on" and "eject" buttons, no other button works. Please copy youngruss@aol.com on your response. Thanks
