Your Samsung Restore needs to connect to allow pictures/video to send to another phone, since picture mail is unlimited because of the plan you have, you should allow your phone to connect to the internet and at the end of the month if you are charged for data call Sprint and explain your situation. They should credit your account any wrong charges and picture mail should be unlimited as your plan allows from then on.
Note:If you really want to nip this in the bud then call Sprint before you send any pictures and politely ask them to make sure you aren't charged.

Delete some old messages and check the memory space in phone memory.
It may be because of low memory space problem

dial ##3282# go to advanced and then lock code... you'll have to call sprint to get your MSL but that should work once you have the MSL. :)

I have a Motorola A1200 n it is unlocked. My internet is working but I still can not recieve or send picture mail

if your internet is not enable.....then u CAN NOT SEND PICUTURE MESSAGE NOR RECIEVE THEM.....all u have to do is call customer service to to enable your internet (u will NOT be charged with no fees) UNLESS U GO TO THE INTERNET..............THIS WILL MAKE IT POSSIBLE FOR U TO RECIEVE AND SEND PICTURE MESSAGE................HOPEFULLY DIS INFORMATION WILL BENEFIT

This is not a network problem. This is a device issue. If you try leaving your phone in a bowl of uncooked rice for 2 days it will absorb the moisture, but it is most likely that your phone is "kaput". If you have insurance your phone can be replaced for the 50$ deductible.

What happens to the incoming calls? Check that you have not set the phone so that calls are diverted to voice mail or another number. Call your service provider and they will probably be able to send you a "service message" that will reset that.

Okay first of all you need to call in to get the internet fixed that is most likely a network something you can't fix on your own problem you won't be able to send or receive pictures until your web is working because that uses the web to send or receive. also you might need to get your picture mail activated as well. When you call in you can find out about that
