Droped samsung instinct phone into glass of coka cola,won't send or recieve calls, internet,or e-mail all other functions fine.I paid a lot for this phone, is this all the support I get?
Maybe you'd get more support if you wouldn't drop your phone in Coca-Cola.
That's the kind of thing that you should avoid, and that Sprint can easily ignore on the grounds that you're an idiot.
But seriously, Sprint would probably deny any claims on them fixing the phone for you, since you're the one who screwed it up, as opposed to... Something else happening.

If you try leaving your phone in a bowl of uncooked rice for 2 days it will absorb the moisture, but it is most likely that your phone is "kaput". If you have insurance your phone can be replaced for the 50$ deductible.
