No, the pan can not be pulled out. after email you, I called KitchenAid and they said because it was not in the care guide, they can not advise me removing the tray to clean. It was not advised from customer service to remove it. But, how do I clean either the mold or the mice poo? KitchenAid customer service was silent! Drag!

Normally the pans are simply lifted a little to clear a lip formed by the frame and then pulled forward. If it hasn't been out before (or for a while) it may be necessary to slide a metal ruler or similar under the frame and pan to free it from the floor. They have relatively large surface area and it would take much gunk under it to make it seem immovable.

Whirlpool now owns most of the appliance manufacturing in the US and Kitchenaid, formerly a brand I favored, is now just a division of Whirlpool and much poorer in quality and support.
They also make Roper, Maytag (ouch), Kenmore, Jennair, Bauknecht (Germany), GarageWorks, Amana, Magic Chef, Insperience and Estate brands.
I have never liked Whirlpool after having a bad experience with a washer (transmission) and refrigerator (compressor) from them, both bought new and both failed just after the warranty expired.
It's unfortunate but it appears they wll eventually lose their market to foreign companies unless they buy those before those take over the market.

If is was my fridge, I would make a solution of cleaner concentrate such as 'Mean Green' (from either Family Dollar or Dollar General-don't remember) or 'Simple Green' and water about 4:1 (mostly water), let it soak for 24 hours and use a wet-dry shop vacuum to remove the resulting crud.

I would then use a weak solution of bleach and water, let it soak for a few hours and use the vac again.
