Trying to remove the printer's toner cartridge but it stuck(jammed) on the right-hand side as your looking down at the printer cartridge from the right side of the printer. Printer works fine after clearing the jam but I cannot remove printer cartridge. One side moves up but the other side doesn't budge. I'm using a little more force then normal to remove but still stuck.

You'll need to remove the covers and find the release actuator slightly below and behind display/control panel. The actuator can then be taped so that the drawer will no longer get stuck, but when you replace a cartridge you will have to manually calibrate. Good luck!
The paper jammed can be found in the paper tray, remove the paper at the paper tray and inspect the roller for small pieces of paper jammed.
The paper can be found in the ink cartridge compartment, open the cartridge door and remove the ink cartridges, look for posibble paper jammer. Also once remove, check also the cartridge carrier if does not stuck up or jammed (cause this might me the problem). Turn off your printer and then move the cartridge head using your hand moving to the from right to left side and from left side to right side for 2-3 times. Move it gently.
Paper can be found in the rear access door if it is accessible. Inspect some paper jammed there.
On your Canon PC 920, there is a recessed gray latch located on the left side of the machine towards the top front...press upwards on this latch to release the top part of copier (same as removing a misfeed or clearing a paper jam). The copier opens up.....now, located in the top unit, about center, is the drum / toner unit. It has a black plastic handle on it. Grasp this handle and pull towards you...slowly...until it is free of machine (support the rear of the unit with your other hand) Open new cartridge (unit) and install in reverse order (there should be instructions with the new cartridge) The copier has rails that the cartridge mounts on. Another note, before installing....gently shift the cartridge from side to side.....this distributes the toner evenly (again, covered in the installation instructions packed with the cartridge) There is a tab that needs to be removed to allow the toner to get where it needs to go for copying....attatched to this tab is a strip of plastic, pull all the way out. I have a PC 940...it uses the same cartridge.
If the plate looks solid, then it's probably right where it should be. It sounds like a sort of ramp that feeds the paper into the fuser.
Start with the paper itself. Make sure it is in the machine properly. Here is a short guide on a few things to check:
first you must remove the side panel on fixing side and move the scanner unit to reveal a two hole at the top of the machine, total of 3 screw for fixing unit, and one of that screw in front side of fixing unit you must use small philips screw, and take care to remove the wire
