I cannot get into my voice mail.. tried using my pasword and it did not take it. will the phone reset itself if it has not been change for awhile? dunno.. no-one else that uses this phone has not changed it.

When you log into voicemail, it should tell you.

You will have to call in a pro. We can not put the master passwords on the open internet.

The only way to change what extension a phone is, is to move the plugs that go into the phone system around. Someone needs to move the plugs, you can not program this remotely, so you will need a tech on site.

I'm kinda new here, but why doesn't anybody say WHAT SYSTEM THEY HAVE????? It's kind of like saying I got a GM car. Uh..... Corvette or is it a Lumina?
ANYWAY, I'm presuming a Partner.
You better hope the previous guys left you the password.
Go to a station, dial 777 to get to the VM.
99# should prompt you for the password. Try 1234 or 1111.
If you get in, just listen for the prompts to guide you.

ill need to log into Manager and under that users tab, you can reset the password or delete the mailbox.
