Question about HP Photosmart C7280 Laser Printer
Automatic paper feed keeps jamming so I can't fax, scan or make copies of multiple pages. Help please!!! C7280 is All-in-One Inkjet - Mine doesn't seem to want to "grab" on the left side (facing front) Have looked in opened back and see nothing unusual or broken. Paper tray seems to be all the way in, so why this constant tearing and crumbling of the paper I have to grab from around the rollers in the back? It seems to be hitting something on the top as it tries to start to print and continue forward. Help!
I suggest you get a sheet of Card Stock (Heavy
paper) and place it in the feed way. Then press the print
button applying a slight amount of pressure on the Card Stock so it
will feed through the printer. The reason for this, is in some cases I
have been able to clear the paper track of debris that was deposited there
Worth a try, as I have fixed a number of printers this way, saving costly repairs.
Hope this helps. Bud
