1. Check engine coolant.
2. Check heater core.
3. Check electronic control valve.
4. Check thermostat.
The problem lies within one of these four possible issues. =)
The HVAC mode control switch bad, also check for HVAC FUSES.
The heater system contains 3 main parts. Heater control valve, heater core, and a blower. Does the blower Work? If not Check fuse, if good blower or switch are bad. Blower motor works, check heater control valve for movement when selecting from cold to hot temp.
