Boot it up to BIOS screen now and look at CPU settings. It may tell you the maximum speed.

ASUS CUSI-M ACPI BIOS Revision 1007 run very slow when i wana use 1024 by 768 i can solve this processor speed is 700 MHz. it possible AMD 1.3 processor connect with this...

Getting you're system to display 1024 x 768 resolution depends on the graphics card. If you’re using the onboard VGA you will have poor display.
Suggest you use a PCI (White slot) graphics card with its own memory onboard. You will also need to make a bios setting change so the system boots to the PCI card and not the VGA.
Asus no longer provides support for this MB including drivers and bios.
You're board also supports slot A (For AMD), processors.
Only Intel Celeron and Intel Pentium III. Socket 370
see link provided;
Max CPU supported (With out over clocking);
In order to run this CPU you would need to update the bios to rev 1009. You'll find rev 1009 at the next link;
From what I've read it is possible to Get an AMD slot A CPU into a socket 370 MB. (Don't hold me to this though. This is a first for an old dog.
Any one of these PCI graphics cards should function on you're MB;;55_158_2872_2872

Good luck!

Old computer ram upgrade without manual

564 mhz means it is a Pentium 3 or equivalent. This also means that the motherboard does not support DDR2 RAM which is exclusively for Socket 775 and Pentium 4 chipsets. Pentium 3 usually support SD-RAM, also but very rarely DDR1 RAM. Sorry but DDR2 will not work in your PC.
