let the machine run with water and salt (two spoons) if there still problem then u can buy a calcium polisher (the same u use for cleaning yr rubinets for instant) check if water comes out somewerelse...if water goes in the electrical circuit can be dangerous! try to clean the filter in the way that u see trought the little holes, maybe it is occlused.

Delonghi Nespresso Coffee Machine Model EN66 After years of great use our machine now has small drips from the main coffee/water spout after use.

Try running apple cider vinegar through it. A few times. This is a mild acid that will get rid of mineral deposits from water. I do this on my coffee maker. Run straight water a few times after to get rid of the vinegar taste.

My machine isnt working

I've had this issue a couple of times. The water just goes straight through to the drip tray and the pod doesn't get pierced. The first time it was fixed under warranty but the 2nd time Nesspresso wanted $150. I took the back off the machine myself (very easy, just unplug it from the wall, remove the 4 screws and unclip the back cover) and saw that the $3 flowmeter had been replaced at the first repair (it had a date on it which was after we purchased the machine). It's the white thing at the bottom right and very easy to remove, (Take a photo of it so you know which way it goes, then just pull off the electric plug, unclip it and take off the 2 water tubes). I couldn't see anything wrong but blew through it a few times and put it back...........its since been working perfectly for over a month now, (I think microscopic solids from the water supply can block it). The whole process shouldn't take more than 10mins.

Nespresso U coffee does not come through the spout

sorry for the obvious but there is not a lot of troubleshooting for this issue... when was the last time u descaled? if more than 6 months then do one. make sure there is no capsules stuck between input and used bin. close the slider properly.if not resolved it may be a pump issue (quite common with U). machine comes with 24 month warrenty so if not resolved call your nespresso club for a claim.
hope i could help.

I have a saeco magic deluxe that had water dripping into the dredge drawer after making coffee. I also had clear water under the machine on the countertop and excessive dirty water in the drip tray from...

Sounds like your drain is getting plugged with coffee residue. Remove your brew unit. There is an injector that has 2 orange o-rings in it in the back. That pocket below it is filling with water. There is a drain that is to the bottom left that goes into the drip tray in front. Use a prob of some kind that is about 12" long that you can stick down and forward in the drain pocket. Work it towards the fron and you should open the drain again. it fills with oils, so use some hot sudzy water and clean it out.

Coffee starts dripping down before I can get the water all poured in and the pot on the warmer, causing a mess.

This is common with bunn coffee makers, if you are not fast enough, coffee starts dripping. The only solution I found is to use a water pitcher, first fill coffee pot to cup mark you are using, then pour into pitcher, put pot back on machine, then pour in water. You can mark a line on picture, so you know where to fill to each time.

This is commercial and the water drips instead of flowing, took 20-30 min to make coffee, how can i clean?

Have you tried to brew without coffee to see how long it takes? If yes then use a pair of channel locke to remove sprayhead and then use the deliming sprding that came with your bunn and clean the brew line then try again, if you still get the ame result, the brewer needs to be descaled.

Doesn't heat the water

Basing on personal experience (you can find more on Google probably), solutions are:

On percolated (filter) coffee machines:

Check water temp, if water temp is insufficient , most common is scale heating element , faulty element, faulty thermostat.
Check if water is dripping right at the center of the filter, if it is dripping on one side because the orifice is clogged, that can result in weak coffee.
Coffee blend not well distributed on filter basket.

On Espresso machines:

Check water temp, same as filter coffee machines (thermostat element, scale on heating chamber).
Ensure that coffee is filled correctly in the filter cup (fill at level), and well pressed.
Ensure that the coffee mixture that you are using is not too coarse, buy the apposite one for espresso.
Ensure that you are not leaving the machine brewing for a time that is too long, and Italian coffee cup is very small, approximately one regular shot.

On the hob moka pots (espresso, Moka and Bialetti type):

This are the trickiest ones, you need art and practice to get a good espresso with a Moka, but when you learn, the result is better than what you may get with an home electrical espresso maker.
The frame on the hob must be not too strong, and the mixture coarse but well pressed, with water at level tag, or you will get a weak coffee.
On Mokas a good strategy is keeping hob at minimum, and turning up the flame at top when coffee starts coming out.

French and turkish cafetieres:

Ensure that you put enough coffee, water hot enough, and that you left the infusion enough time to get a strong coffee.

Note: insufficient pressure and clogged lines on electric machines never give you a weak coffee, exactly the opposite.
Not pressed mixture always gives weak coffee, but too much pressed mixture may give you coffee with bad taste.

Can't get a full cup of coffee

First, you should not be using your espresso machine as an american coffee maker. It puts way too much pressure on the components of the machine. The standard cartridges are made to do 1.5 - 3.0 ounces of espresso. should you want to make a longer cup of coffee you need to get the aroma point gran caffe cartridges, lavazza code 427. this will enable you too get the longer cup of coffee without putting the added stress on your machine. Also it sounds like your machine mighy have a problem with the volumetric device. are you getting water in the capsule ejection drawer? should you want service you should call 781-393-2929. we are an authorized lavazza distributor and repair center.
