My PC with following Specis Intel Desktop Board DG31PR. Inet Dual Cour Processor and 2GB Ram.LAN ,Audio and Video Card's all are Builtinn.One day Suddenly my LAN Card Stop working. I Try my Level Best, Reinstall updated Driver's many Times but in Vain. Then i replace the LAN Card ,But Getting Same problem with him. then i reinstall My OS many times ,But Same problem. I update my BIOS setting ,Resetting it on Default Position But Still having same Issue. My OS detect my LAN card but not installating it's Driver. Before this windows XP automatically Detect my LAN Card and Install it's Driver's but Now ,I Chnage Many OS ,All showing the same Problem
I have the same problem. i youst installed windows 7, before i had windows xp. i realised that windows 7 had some bugs so i wanted xp back. when i installed xp on pc i had a problem.i could install printer, graphics and scanner, but all components that are on my motherboard (LAN,Sound card,etc.)arent working properly. i reinstalled windows xp 5 times, reset BIOS tried everything.
I have original drivers (The cd is Motherboard cd)
for sound and all. it worked fine before i installed windows 7. what is wrong? can someone pls help me? my pc is new with waranty so i cant open it.

I had this same problem this weekend. This is a 802.11 B card. It can use WEP and WPA for network security/encryption. You can find the driver here -> http://www-307.ibm.com/pc/support/site.wss/document.do?sitestyle=lenovo&lndocid=MIGR-67214
Once you download the file run it and install. Your wireless card will then work.
Note: This adapter will not support WPA2 type network encryption. It will only run at speeds up to 11Mbps on the 2.4GHz band. Make sure you have set you router to support this older format.
