Doesnt Print

If you are having a problem resetting the printer to erase the problem, then contact the manufacturer and request for a firmware upgrade. For sure, the printer would be reset. Aside from that, you're printer will work accurately and better.

Printer USB Cable un recognized DCP150C

You need to isolate the problem. You tried using multiple cables and reinstalled the printer driver several times, but you never mentioned that you tried connecting the printer into another computer. What if the problem is the USB port of the computer and not the printer cable?

Try connecting and installing the problem printer into different computer for testing purpose only. If it work, then the problem is the USB port of the computer. To fix this, try updating the USB driver of your computer.

If same problem occurs using another computer, then you need to contact the manufacturer of your printer. I've heard this problem before and I don't have an update if there's a fix with it.

Have a great day!

Problem with my Printer - HP laserjet 3015

I need a bit more information. Does it print at all or just does'nt copy?
If it does'nt print at all the problem is generally the toner cartridge. Have you tried changing the cartridge?
