Question about Indesit W 123 Front Load Washer
We had a frozen waste pipe and the washer was on at the time. We've now cleared the frozen pipe, but we appear to have a problem with the washer. The spin does not work correctly - following a couple of spins the dial turns around clock-wise. Likewise a full wash will start, but doesn't drain or spin properly. We've switched off at the mains (and back on again), and also emptied the filter.
Any suggestions to fix and/or a link to a user manual would be greatly appreciated .

Push panel right or left side. Unscrew or turn anti-clock wise, according to your model. Be prepared for some water. Pull this out and clean, refit carefully. Of course it is meant to be removed and cleaned periodically, according to usage. Rate me pl.
