I'm using Microsoft Outlook 2000 and Sharp Wizard OZ-590A. When I export the Contacts from Outlook, I try my best to select all the appropriate info, then export it to a CSV file (that seems to be the only thing the Wizard will read?). The settings for the OZ-ZQ-590A Software are set for "Work" only, (not "Home"), so I made sure that all of the phone#s, etc were entered into Microsoft Outlook as "Business". Yet when I import the csv file to the Wizard, only the names transfer, nothing else. No phone#s, addresses, notes, nada. Any ideas?
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

You can transfer your contact list, but not your calender. Here are the steps to take to successfully transfer your contact list from outlook 2000 to the iPhone:
1. In Outlook, export your contact list as a Comma Separated Values (Windows) file 2. In windows accessories, launch Address Book 3. Import into Windows Address Book the file you created in step one 4. Now back in iTunes, sync your iPhone contact list with Windows Address Book
You contacts should come over intact.
Sorry, but there is no solution that I know of to import Calendar events.
Uninstall all the software you just installed and do not connect the usb device until you again run the install from OZ-590A CD. When it does not find a USB device then connect USB and it should detect it. If you don't do it in that order you won't get a connection. It should come up on COM7.
