Problem for Creative Labs ZEN MicroPhoto Black MP3 Player

I turn on my mp3 player and moment the creative lab logo shows uo the logo suddenly scrambles, and four options show up clean up, format all, reload firmware, and reboot. Also It does not shut down when I want it to.
when I connect it to my PC it does not detect the mp3 player and some times it does. I tried to reboot it and format it, and it still does not work.

- when i turn it on it comes up with writting saying reboot wich doesnt work when you prees it clean up and i cant remember the rest- tinykillabee

get it to see the unit again and download the latest firmware.
if after that it still wont load your hard drive is toast. (did you drop it)?
