Question about Insignia IS-PDVD10 Portable DVD Player
I've had the unit about 4 months, I would get the "no disc" message from time to time, and I would remove the DVD, clean it, shut off the machine then turn it back on and try again. This time, its making an odd grinding noise and giving the "NO DISC" message.
This sounds like the lens inside the unit is broken. Take it back to where you bought it from they should take it back under warrenty.
