Question about Nintendogs: Labrador & Friends for DS
Hi we have nintendogs in other series and have no problem. We just brought lab and friends and each time we start with a new puppy after 10 minutes the puppy has forgotten its name, we are constantly calling its name and doing everything it says but it keeps saying you need to rename it. 2 other friends also brought the same game from the same batch at Big w australia and are having the same problem.
One friend said hers did that continously then told her the dog has died. I didnt know a dog could die on nintendogs ? Any advice ?? I have been through 2 Nintendogs games (Dalmation and Lab) and we taught it to sit but then we couldn't progress further now it only knows its name. It's famished, parched and filthy but we can't remedy the problem from the "just keep saying it's name" stage!

Try keeping your voice the same tone. Or you can reset the entire game by pressing ABXYLR while on the "Nintendo" screen. If the problem continues, try checking your microphone for any foreign material.
