The D1680 doesn't come with a security code so you must have entered one. You can change the security code following the instructions on page 15 of the manual. You'll need to be at the phone, so you can't do this remotely.
You should contact your carrier. They may have an override code to help. If you are in the U.S. dial 611 from your phone... but you may need to be on a different phone to work through the problem... they should tell you what number to call from another phone.
I would take the battery out. and wait a few minutes... then reinstall and see if that clears it. Sometimes if it gets a touch too hot. it will sense that and think the battery is failing. These "Smart-phones" tend to get kind buggy sometimes. Hope this helps you out. If it STILL does it...call them like it says to... See what THEY say?....you might get a replacement...never know.
call the voice mail extension or get into voicemail in any way. when you hear a voice dial * then 999 then 999997 for security code or use 997. Press 8 for admin features and reset your box. Default codes are your extension number +997 or just 997. Here are your manuals http://guides.idacomusa.com/
