Question about Diamond Multimedia ATI TV Wonder HD 650 PCI Express TV Tuner
Just installed this last week and everything went fine. My problem is both video inputs (s-video and cable) are dropping serious frames whlie viewing. However when I record from both sources the video is fine. My video card and memory meet the required specs. Any ideas?

The sofware is too heavy for your computer . You can improve it's function buy setting the quality to a lower level , it will record smootherly but of course the image will be less sharp .
I experienced my self that the best way to succeed in recordong video tapes or tv programs is to use a stand alone recorder .
Best regards ,
