except for a dvd-rom and 2 hard drives, i don't have anything plugged in. i don't think the power is the problem.

It seems that low power supply was indeed my problem. But it started at the company that assembled my computer, and they did a 'reset' on the usb. all i had to do is unplug the usb and plug them back in. i also had my cpu overclocked, and when i connected a device to the usb it didn't freeze anymore, an error on low power supply appeared.
Thanks for you're suggestion. Appreciate it.

How devices are there actually running when you plug in the camera./webcam/memory stick? The point is the more you have plugged in that is relying on the computer for power -you will eventually reach a point when the PSU can no longer deliver. If you have stuff plugged in not in actual use - unplug it. Also a powered hub will take some of the load off the computer power supply

The 2 hard drives if powered by the board are certainly a factor because they are running
Not a factor if the are self powered[from a 'outside' power supply]
I still reckon that over demand on the computers own power is a factor.
It could also be an indicator of a failing power supply- if these devices are drawing power from it.
    Just try it
    Unplug all except the mouse
    Then report back.

The motherboard chipset is an Intel 845PE.
Intel part number - Intel 82845PE - on Northbridge chip;
Intel part number - Intel 82801DB on the Southbridge chip,

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_intel_chipsets#Pentium_4_chipsets

The Northbridge chip is under the tall aluminum finned Heatsink, that sits between the processor socket, and the bottom of the motherboard.

The Southbridge chip, Intel 82801DB, sits down towards the bottom of the motherboard.

Mm, my PC didn't turn on and I open de case and I coul see that it had a lot of dust and I cleaned and then It turn on normally. But when I turn on the Pc doesn't detect the netword card, so I can't...

If you have an OEM network card that you installed yourself, then we'll need it's make and model.

If you're referring to the onboard LAN functionality built into that motherboard, it's a Realtek 8201BL PHY

If you have another computer that you can download the drivers on, and then bring them over to this one by usb, you can download the drivers for your motherboard's built in network port from the website below:
