ITouch crashed and wont restart

try this
  1. Press and hold the Home button while reconnecting the USB cable to iPod. When you reconnect the USB to iPod, the device should then power on.
  2. Continue holding the Home button while iPod starts up. While starting up, you will see the Apple logo.
  3. When you see "Connect to iTunes" on the screen, you can release the Home button and iTunes will display the recovery mode message:
  4. Restore and it'll download ~240mb firmware and you're done
If step 1 shows no reaction on your screen, the screen may have got damaged.

Disney mix max plus player has a blank white screen

I had the same issue. I took it to a friend of mine who is good with computers hoping he might be able to fix it........and he did....apparently the HOLD button was slid to the right locking all functions...once he slid it to the left closest to the power button, it worked fine. Imagine my embarrassment...I hope this is all that is wrong with yours as well....if that doesn't held try the reset button near the usb plug in....

Try going to recovery mode by enabling the hold switch then press the record button then press the menu button until you see on the player screen welcom to recovery mode. Download the update from the sandisk site then install and run it on your computer. Then perform the update. Hope that helps.

White screen only

Try this: disconnect the player from the computer, turn it off, hold in the volume + button, and reconnect the player to the computer while holding the volume + button in. Keep holding the volume + button for an additional 5-50 seconds. Windows should eventually go into recovery mode and revive the player- it will pop up a window that says Found New Hardware Wizard.
