Blurry picture

moved tv yesterday into new et stand and everything is functioning fine but the picture is slightly out of focus on all channels. I have DirectTV and checked all connections and they seem to be fine. I also called them for troubleshooting and they said something (should have written it down) about my tv input and some letters...HI08? sorry. She said it was on her sheet for troubleshooting and it wasn't the satellite. I must have hit a button on my tv that changed my settings. My TV says RCA xl 100 stereo/commercial skip on the front of it. I don't know the serial but can crawl behind it if needed.
