Across the screen suggests an internal connector problem .
Some on on here discovered that his screen problem disappeared if he squeezes the camera casing in the region of the screen edge.
Not suggesting it will cure yours but worth a try.
Other wise it is a repair shop job or if under warranty still- back to the vendor.

Blurry pictures

A common problem is a finger print on the lens. If needed, clean the lens with a microfiber lens cloth. Commonly available with spectacle cleaning kit. Did you drop it? Are you actuating the shutter by "squeezing" the button and not pushing on it, moving camera around? Try using a shaky hand setting, often indicated with a hand icon and wavy lines, indicating movement.

The camera is blurry and out of focus. How can I solve it?

Hi there, Just tune the black circle in front of the lens, that is a focusing part of the lens. Turn on your camera and when you seen your video then start tuning for focusing. It will solve your blurry & focusing problem.
Thanks & waiting for your feedback.

Lens problem, no zooming capabilities and blurry images

This would need to be serviced something is wrong with the auto focus and this is inside the lens housing. I would take it into a camera shop and have the examin the autofocus.

Lens error and blurry photos

If your images are blurry and the lens wont move smoothly it is very probable that some kind of force on the lens has damaged a gear, barrel or even dislodged an element internally. When the lens detects an obstruction in its movement the camera reports accordingly,"lens error". You should have the camera checked by a service centre, it will most likely need the lens replaced as they are not serviceable.

Screen Broken

Hi

We can get you the LCD or do the repair for you if you prefer... though if the pictures are blurry that has to do with the lens not the LCD.

When you take a picture with the LCD are you allowing the camera to focus before pressing the button all the way down to snap the photo? If the LCD was cracked due to pressure there shouldn't have been any damage to the lens, it should be working fine.

One option is to purchase a defective camera online and see if you can repair one of the two from the parts.

If we can help, please let us know, we are an AFFORDABLE digital camera repair business.

BLACK Lines and having to reset.

i assume that the 'black lines' are 5 bars of dark video spaced equally across the screen. this is a symptom of dirty heads. use a mini DV cleaning tape, and the problem should go away.
