Question about Computers & Internet
I had this happen before. You are using a Windows/Microsoft operating system software right? O.K. Go to www.microsoft/support.com (you will have to type this into your address bar,not a live link) look for Chat line support. Set up your chat support with Microsoft and when the Tech comes on tell them exactly what your issue is. They will do what is necessary to fix your problem. This 100% safe to do. I have used Microsoft Assist many times with no problems what so ever.

The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
