Changing the time on a Partner system is done on either ext 10 or 11. At one of those ext's press the feature key and "00"
next press the left hand intercom twice
the display should say system programming
enter in "#103"
the display should say system time and the current programmed time
enter the new time in 24 hour format
press feature "00" to logout
hope that helps

Which button is the 10 or 11 extension? I pressed what I thought to be the 10 extension, pushed the 'Feature' button, pressed '00' and all the lights on the phone lit up. I didn't want to mess anything up on the phone, so I quit from there. Is it normal for all of the buttons to light up or did I accidentally press the wrong extension?

Extension 10 or 11 isnt a button but is one of the telephone sets's intercom number. The best way to determine which set is ext. 10 (or11) is to press one of the intercom buttons, dial the number, and listen to see which one is ringing. When pressing feature 00 on any set, the set will beep and the line buttons will light but only 10 or 11 will let you enter system programming..

Can you tell me how to change the time on the Panasonic KXT7630 switchboard. Somehow our manual has gone astray. Many thanks Anne

If you are using this phone with a Panasonic KX-TDA 30/100/200/600 system. From the Switcboard / Main telephone or Managers phone with the handset on the cradle/hook press Program * * or Program * # followed by the system password ( default is 1234). Now press 000 and then ENTER. Enter the last 2 digits of the year and then select the month with either SEL+ or AUTO ANS / MUTE. Now scroll right with the right arrow key and change the date. Now press the NEXT button on the screen and the time will appear. Set the time. Press AUTO DIAL / STORE to save your changes. Lift the handset and put it down to exit program mode.

Can't set up the correct local time

The trick is to set the time and never have anyone call you :-)

Or, contact whoever your CID provider is and tell them the clock offset is wrong. In my case, I have a Packet8 box and I had to go in and make the time correct for my time zone. Access instructions were on their web site.
