I can't delete net assistant freeze.com I have tried everything but it keeps popping up on my screen when I go to certain web sites.
I also cannot get rid of the Net Assistant/Freeze.com add-on and I get told that removal tool website does not exist because--duh!!--it has been REMOVED. It is not listed in my Windows 7 list of programs either under one or the other name. I can't even read my email without it changing to this damned site.
SOURCE: I cannot login. Freeze.com
If it's their NetAssistant application, you should be able to remove it through the Add/Remove Programs(XP) or Programs and Features (Vista/7).
They also have a removal tool on their website.

BTW, you get that stuff when you download apps and just click yes to everything. I've tested their installers and you can select Decline, No Thank You, or some other rejective message to prevent getting this stuff installed.
